Where do you ship?
Unfortunately, we currently only offer shipping within the US. Orders outside of the US will not be fulfilled due to the rising shipping fees and longer wait times.
Processing time can take 1-5 days and expected delivery is 3-7 business days. Items that are on backorder may take an additional week or two to arrive. Items are grouped together so items that have a backorder status with an item that does not have a backorder status will not be shipped until the backorder item is available to ship.
Please provide an accurate, working address for us to ship your merchandise to. Please remember to include your apartment number, floor number, or any other information that is necessary to ensure that the carrier can successfully deliver your package. All customers are fully responsible for providing the correct address when ordering. If you notice the address you entered is incorrect, please email us immediately so we can correct the address. Unfortunately, after packages are packed and shipped, we cannot change the address and are not responsible for the undeliverable item.
Packages that have been lost or stolen will be covered by ROUTE insurance at checkout if selected. If customer Opts out of ROUTE insurance, Lil Lashes will not be responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
We greatly appreciate our customers and make sure to inspect and check every order before it has shipped to you. Upon your order arrival, please inspect your package before using. If there is any visible issues with your order, please contact us with in 5 business days of receiving your package.
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds. If there is an issue with your order please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any issues that may have occurred.
