Where do you ship?
At this time, we are only able to provide shipping services within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to fulfill orders outside of the US due to increased shipping fees and extended delivery times.
Processing time can take 1-5 days and expected delivery is 3-7 business days. Items that are on backorder may take an additional week or two to arrive. Items are grouped together so items that have a backorder status with an item that does not have a backorder status will not be shipped until the backorder item is available to ship.
We want to make sure your package arrives safely and on time, so please double-check the shipping address you provide during checkout. It's important to include any necessary details such as apartment or floor numbers to ensure a smooth delivery process.
We understand that mistakes happen, so if you do notice an error in your address after placing your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you. However, once your package has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address and cannot be held responsible for any undeliverable items.
To give you extra peace of mind, we offer ROUTE insurance at checkout to cover lost or stolen packages. If you choose not to opt for this insurance, please understand that Nuwara Beauty will not be able to replace any packages that are lost or stolen.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
At Nuwara Beauty, we value and appreciate all our customers. We understand that sometimes there may be issues with your order, and we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to hygiene reasons on cosmetics, we cannot offer returns or refunds on shipped items. Once an item has been shipped, it is considered final sale.
Upon delivery, please check your items. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to address any problems and make things right for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure that you have a positive experience with our products and services.
